Загрузить и установить iOS 6.1.3 можно на iPhone 5, iPhone 4S, iPhone 4 и 3GS, iPad mini, iPad второго, третьего и четвертого поколений, а также мультимедийных плеерах iPod touch. В новой версии ОС небольшой список изменений. Он включает улучшения карт для Японии, а также исправление уязвимости, в результате которой имелась возможность получить несанкционированный доступ к мобильному устройству в обход пароля.
Релиз новой тестовой прошивки состоялся спустя месяц после того, как Apple представила апдейт iOS 6.1.2 для конечных пользователей. Последний исправил проблемы с ростом объемов трафика при работе с корпоративными сервисами Microsoft Exchange . Помимо ошибок с Exchange в сборке iOS 6.1.2 был устранен баг с быстрой разрядкой аккумулятора iPhone.
Установить обновление iOS 6.1.3 с исправлением ошибок и улучшением карт Японии можно, зайдя в настройки iPhone, iPod touch и iPad или загрузив апдейт по ссылкам далее и воспользовавшись iTunes. По сообщениям пользователей, в новой сборке, предназначенной для всех моделей iOS-устройств, устранен ряд уязвимостей, используемых для джейлбрейка Evasi0n. Поэтому пользователям взломанных устройств переход на новую ОС категорически противопоказан (!)

Recently, the famous iH8Snow jailbreak team updated their iREB tool, which offered support for iOS 6.1.2. The latest version and namely the iREB R7 brings multiple new improvements and support for iTunes error fixes.
For those of you who know now, iREB is a Windows tool, which allows users to enter their iOS devices into Pwned DFU mode. The Pwned mode offers you the possibility to upgrade your device to a customized firmware. With iREB tool, you are able to restore or to upgrade your current firmware while you bypass iTunes errors such as 1600//1601/1602/1603/1604, which appear when downgrading or restoring and iOS device.
iReb R7 Tool – What makes it so special?The iREB tool is exclusively designed for Windows users only who encountered certain iTunes errors at the time of recovery on custom firmware with the help of Snowbreeze or Pwnagetool. Almost all users who tried to create a custom firmware using one of the already mentioned tools have encountered at least one of these iTunes problems. To put things even clearer, these problems block the restore process entirely, and users are not able to create the custom firmware.

Для iPhone 4 Downgrade возможен только при наличии SHSH от 6.1.3. Он уникален для каждого телефона.
Итак, Downgrade iOS 6.1.3 (сам так делал).
1. Скачиваем и подписываем нашим SHSH официальную прошивку с помощью ifaith-v1.5.9, другими словами делаем кастом.
Используем только эти версии.
Без iREB с iTunes 11.1.0.126 выбивало ошибку 11, с iTunes 10.7.0.21 - ошибку 1600. iREB-r7 и iTunes 11.1.0.126 не удалось осилить. С iREB-r7 и с iTunes 10.7.0.21 всё пошло как по маслу :). Видимо, iREB-r7 нормально работает пока что только с 10-й версией iTunes.

К сожалению, откат возможен только на последнюю подписываемую Apple версию, а это 6.1.3 и 6.1.4 для iPhone 5. Стоит отметить, что в случае даунгрейда можно распрощаться с отвязанным джейлбрейком Evasi0n. Едиственное, что можно получить, так это привязанный взлом для iPhone и iPhone 3 GS.
Напомним, что iOS 7 доступна для iPhone 4 и iOS-устройств вышедших позже (iPhone 3GS, к сожалению, уже не поддерживается). Версий для iPad пока не обнаружено. Все манипуляции проводятся при установленной последней версии iTunes.
Как понизить прошивку (откатиться) с iOS 7 beta на iOS 6.1.3 (iOS 6.1.4)
1. Устанавливаем (или обновляем) iTunes до последней версии. Скачать iTunes последней версии можно здесь (ссылка внизу страницы);
2. Скачиваем последнюю актуальную прошивку iOS 6 (6.1.4 для iPhone 5 и 6.1.3 для iPhone 4/4S и iPod Touch 5G);
3. Переводим устройство в DFU-режим;
4. Необходимо дождаться, пока iTunes распознает устройство в режиме восстановления;
5. В iTunes, удерживая кнопку SHIFT для Windows или ALT на Mac OS X, нажимаем на кнопку «Восстановить»;
6. Выбираем скачанную прошивку iOS 6.1.3 или 6.1.4 для iPhone 5;
7. Дождаться окончания процесса восстановления.

Известно, что одновременно с выпуском обновления 6.1.3 Apple осуществила блокировку программы Evasi0n, которая позволяла сделать непривязанный Jailbreak для iPad, iPhone и iPod Touch. Для тех пользователей, кто по ошибке перешёл на прошивку 6.1.3, программист NotCom опубликовал обновленную версию программы TinyUmbrella, совместимую с самой последней версией прошивки.
TinyUmbrella – это программный продукт, который предоставляет возможность сохранять и использовать ключи SHSH (так называемые SHSH-blobs), выдаваемые Apple для прошивки любой из версии iOS. SHSH-ключи – это цифровая подпись, проверяемая на серверах Apple при каждом обновлении прошивки посредством iTunes. Если установить обновление прошивки, то не удастся осуществить откат на версию прошивки ниже, так как для каждой последующей версии прошивки создаётся свой SHSH ключ. Релиз обновлённой версии TinyUmbrella позволяет пользователям iPad, iPhone и iPod Touch сохранять цифровые подписи для iOS 6.1.3. При этом установка Cydia не является необходимой. Получив SHSH ключ, возможно осуществить даунгрейд на версию iOS ниже. Программа полностью бесплатна, установить её можно с сайта разработчика. TinyUmbrella работает под управлением Windows и MacOS.
