Некоторые пользователи ноутбуков, которым приходится много печатать, наверняка громко ругаются каждый раз, когда при наборе текста случайно задевают за тачпад и переводят курсор в другое место. Если у вас есть такая проблема, то теперь можете вздохнуть спокойно, потому что решить ее можно при помощи маленькой бесплатной утилиты TouchFreeze, предназначением которой является блокировка тачпада во время печати. При ее использовании тачпад вашего ноутбука будет автоматически блокироваться, предотвращая случайные перемещения курсора.
TouchFreeze работает абсолютно автономно. Стоит ее установить, как она уже готова к работе. Никаких дополнительных настроек не требуется. TouchFreeze относится к той категории программ, которые начинают работать сразу с момента их установки и не требуют от пользователя каких-либо действий.
К сожалению, следует отметить тот факт, что TouchFreeze работает не на всех компьютерах. В системных требованиях говорится об операционных системах Windows до версии XP включительно. Я протестировал ее на ноутбуке с Windоws Vista, но там она работать отказалась. Не знаю, связано ли это с поддержкой самой операционной системы, или же дело в модели ноутбука. Но на машинах под управлением XP она работает исправно и данная статья как раз написана на ноутбуке, где эта программа в настоящий момент работает.
В любом случае, если у вас Windows XP, если у вас ноутбук и проблема случайного перемещения курсора при печати имеет место быть, попробуйте утилиту TouchFreeze, возможно она решит вашу проблему и вы ощутите работу на компьютере по-новому.

Способ №1. Ленивый.
Берём банковскую карточку и закладываем проблемную область. Для уверенности можно закрепить краешки маленьким кусочком скотча. Просто и сердито (правда, окружающие могут странно посматривать).
Способ №2. Простой.
Перед началом набора текста необходимо выполнить следующие действия: ставим курсор на текст, а мышку отодвигаем в правый нижний угол. В данном случае возможность несанкционированных изменений в тексте снижается в несколько раз.
Способ №3. Логичный.
В ряде ноутбуков есть отдельная кнопка, которая выключает или включает сенсорную площадку. Выглядит она в виде перечёркнутого квадратика или в виде руки, касающейся тачпада, и, как правило, располагается около него.
Кстати, в ряде ноутбуков HP на самой сенсорной панели в левом верхнем углу присутствует маленькая цветная точка, нажатие на которую временно блокирует чувствительную область.
Способ №4. Стандартный.
Во всех ноутбуках есть функциональная клавиша «Fn», а среди функциональных клавиш ряда «F1 – F12» присутствует функция отключения тачпада. Опытным путём или с помощью инструкции ищем, какая именно клавиша отвечает за выполнение данной операции. Минусом данного способа является тот факт, что на разных ноутбуках может быть своя комбинация клавиш (например, для компьютеров Dell - это клавиши Fn + F5, для ASUS это клавиши Fn + F9, для Acer - Fn + F7, для Lenovo - Fn + F8).
Способ №5. Хитрый.
Знаете ли Вы, что мультисенсорная панель может автоматически выключаться при включении USB мышки? А это действительно так. Для этого проводит ряд нехитрых действий. Последовательно выбираем следующие разделы:
«Пуск» - «Панель управления» - «Мышь» - «Параметры устройства» - вкладка "Включение/отключение сенсорной панели" - переключатель в положении "Отключить".
Или можно так: «Мой компьютер» - «Управление» - «Диспетчер устройств» - «Мыши и иные указывающие устройства» - отключить устройство.
Способ № 6. Программный.
Существует ряд программ и утилит для ограничения активности сенсорной панели или её выключения. Так, например, владельцам сенсорной панели компании Synaptics стоит обратиться к программе Synaptics Pointing Device Driver, с помощью которой можно отключить её полностью либо до следующей загрузки системы. Кроме того, данное программное обеспечение позволяет настроить отдельные параметры либо устранить некорректное поведение тачпада (например, изменить его чувствительность, отменить реакцию на касание ладонью).
Кроме этого, есть небольшая утилита - Touchfreeze, которая позволяет заморозить сенсорную панель на время набора текста. К сожалению, данная утилита не совместима с WINDOWS 7.
Кроме того, можно прописать особенности поведения в конфигурации компьютера (например, назначить кнопки включения/выключения тачпада, автоматически отключать при наборе текста и пр.). Кстати, в ряде случаев, для корректировки работы сенсорной панели придётся найти и установить дополнительные драйвера для устройства.
Способ № 7 Радикальный.
Полностью отказаться от использования сенсорной панели можно с помощью изменения настроек BIOS. Для этого ищем раздел Internal Pointing Device и выбираем необходимое значение сенсорной панели.
Способ №8. Механический.
Данный способ следует использовать только тем, кто решил, что использование мультисенсора приносит только проблемы и хочет заменить его на мышку. Для этого надо открыть переднюю крышку панели ноутбука и отключить шлейф от сенсорной площадки.
Вот, пожалуй, и все основные способы отключения тачпада. Выбирайте тот, который Вам больше подойдёт. И приятной работы!

Utility for Windows that disables touchpad automatically while you are typing text in order to prevent mistyping or other related problems
TouchFreeze is a lightweight, yet useful application especially designed for laptop or notebook users, which can automatically disable the touchpad while you are typing, in order to avoid accidental cursor movements, random clicks or typos.
The touchpad can be deactivated the long way by accessing the ‘Mouse Properties’ section in Control Panel, but TouchFreeze makes it all much more simple. Furthermore, you don’t have to lose time re-activating the touchpad each time you need it again, since this application does this as soon as you stop typing.
Once installed, TouchFreeze places an icon in the system tray. For your convenience, you can set it to load at system start up using the context menu.
Designed with simplicity in mind, the application does not require any configuration. When running in the system tray, it detects when you start typing and disables the laptop touchpad momentarily. This way, you prevent the execution of any unwanted action while typing and your hand accidentally grazes the touchpad.
When sliding the touchpad surface by mistake, having the cursor change its position within a document, clicking on an option or selecting another window while you type might be rather frustrating, since you can end up writing complete nonsense in your texts or emails. Furthermore, this can happen very often, due to the position of the touchpad for the majority of laptops.
TouchFreeze solves this issue and comes in handy to all laptop users, as long as they don’t perform actions which require the simultaneous use of the keyboard and the touchpad (if this is the case, you can close the application with a single click). You simply have to make sure that TouchFreeze runs in the system tray and carry on with your work, without worrying about unintended touchpad taps.

Особенно неприятно бывает случайное касание тачпада во время интересной игры. Чаще всего такое происходит, когда увлекаешься игрой. Поэтому пришлось разбираться, как его отключить.
Если вам тоже интересен этот вопроса, то в этой статье я расскажу, как отключить тачпад на ноутбуке. Рассмотрим два случая – для автоматической блокировки тачпада во время набора текста, и как отключить его, когда к ноутбуку подключена мышь.
Отключение тачпада, когда мышь подключена к ноутбукуМногие люди, которые привыкли работать на компьютерах, предпочитают вместо тачпада использовать мышь. Тем не менее, после подключения мыши сенсорная панель не блокируется, что в некоторых случаях может быть неудобством, так как при работе с клавиатурой рука невольно ее задевает, перемещая курсор неконтролируемым образом.
Если вы хотите отключать тачпад каждый раз при подключении мыши, следует:
В Windows XP, перейдите в меню Пуск > Настройки > Панель управления и дважды щелкните на значке Мышь .
В Windows 7: Пуск > Устройства и принтеры и на значке Мышь два раза кликните на ней или правым кликом мыши вызовите контекстное меню, в котором выберите пункт Параметры мыши .
В появившемся окне выберите вкладку Подключение мыши с разъемом USB .
В данной вкладке есть три пункта:
1. Используется одновременно с мышью с разъемом USB.
2. Сенсорная панель автоматически отключается.
3. Сенсорная панель никогда не используется.
Поставьте галочку на второй пункт и тачпад будет самостоятельно отключаться, как только вы подсоедините к разъему USB мышку.
Управление тачпадом через параметры мыши возможно в большинстве стандартных ноутбуков, которых установлен тачпад Synaptics. Этот тачпад предоставляет возможность автоматической блокировки при подключении к ноутбуку мыши (или другого устройства управления) по методике, указанной выше.
Synaptics Touchpad можно отключить, нажав на его иконку в системном трее. Он будет иметь форму одного из значков показаных на рисунке выше.
Автоматическое запирание тачпада при наборе текста.Если вам нужно отключить тачпад независимо от того, подсоединена или нет мышь USB или нет, есть простое и эффективное решение – скачать бесплатную программу TouchFreeze (английская версия). Эта программа автоматически отключает тачпад всякий раз, когда вы начинаете набирать текст на клавиатуре и отпирает его, когда вы прекращаете печатать. Апплет можно скачать по ссылке .
Распакуйте и установите программу. После установки появляется значок в системном трее, и вы должны щелкнуть на нем, чтобы запустить программу. Вы также можете выбрать пункт “Load at the system startup ” – тогда программа будет запускаться сама при включении компьютера и загрузке Windows.
TouchFreeze блокирует сенсорную панель как во время набора текста, как и когда к ноутбуку подключена мышь.
