What's new:About new "Customize menu" dialog box
The "Customize sub-menus" context menu item is removed. Now you can use the single "Customize menu" to set options for all menus in any level. Also you can add the options for torn off and docked menus. If you right-click the toolbar and select "Customize menu", you'll customize all menus on the toolbar. This is something like the default menu settings. Also you can right-click inside any menu and customize its submenus only.
On load, all menus try to find the options for its level first. If there are no options for this menu level in any parent menu, menu uses the options from parent menu (or default if this is the first level menu).
Two additional options in "Customize menu" dialog box:IMPORTANT: Please make the toolbars backup before installing this version. Version 6.6.4 make many changes in the toolbar settings files. Although the changes must be compatible with previous versions, but something can go wrong.

True Launch Bar программа для создания собственных панелей быстрого запуска на панели задач или любой стороне рабочего стола windows. Поддерживает большое количество собственных скинов, а так же плагинов и скинов для них. Отличается гибкостью настроек интерфейса, бесплатна для жителей бывшего СССР при наличии установки русского языка windows в качестве основного. Программа проста и понятна в использовании. После ознакомления с программой настройка новой панели занимает пару минут. Требования к ресурсам минимальные. Отличный вариант замены пропавшего меню пуск в 8.х версиях windows.
Русификация:
После установки зайти в папку с программой и запустить Components Manager, щелкнуть по второй ссылке слева и в правой части окно выбрать русский язык, нажать на кнопку Instal, дождатся загрузки и установки языка. В этом же окне можно сразу или потом загрузить необходимые вам плагины.
Теперь Components Manager можно закрыть, при повторном запуске, после включения русского языка в настройках, он будет на русском.
Запускаем из папки с программой файл Standalone True Launch Bar - это основной лаунчер для True Launch Bar если вы по каким то причинам не создадите ни одной панели. Здесь вам нужно в левой части окна щелкнуть по верхней строчке и в правой части окна в строке Language выбрать русский язык (возможно придется перезапустить программу).
С этой же страницы можно скачать и установить дополнительные скины, а так же скачать, установить и проверить обновления плагинов.
Скины плагинов (если они есть помимо тех что в комплекте) можно скачать через контекстное меню панели, из окна добавления плагина, а установить через Skins Installer из папки с программой.
