Start CopyTrans Contacts and connect the iPhone
Click the speech-bubble icon on the left and stand-by for the program to load the iPhone messages 
From the list of sources on the top right, select “Viber”. This will display all of the iPhone Viber messages 
Select the conversations to back up by checking the box on the left of each message. To select all Viber messages at once, check the box next to “Messages” on top 
Click “Export selected” 
Browse for the PC location where you wish to back up the messages. In this case, we selected the PC Desktop 
Select the format in which to back up Viber messages. There are a number of formats to choose from. We recommend using the “Web page” option since it saves the messages on your PC in exactly the same way they appear on the iPhone 
Your Viber messages are saved to the computer folder of your choice into individual HTML files. Double-click on the HTML file to display the backed-up message 
The Viber conversation complete with pictures and any other attached documents is now backed up on your PC
