OBC Certificate

The OBC Certificate is a Caste Certificate. It is a document that states to about the fact that one belong to the OBC i.e. Other Backward Community. This is an important document for the person belonging to the OBC’s.

WHAT IS THE NEED OF OBC CASTE CERTIFICATE?

OBC Caste Certificate enables the person belonging to avail of the reservation facilities provided by the Government of India to encourage the people belonging to OBC to receive education and certain privileges that are offered by the Government of India. This is with the view of providing the other backward classes which does not fall into SC/ST or NT category to provide equal opportunities for education and services without discrimination. The certificate is an essential document to

• Avail of the reservations in educational institutes
• Avail of the reservations in government service
• Avail of the reservations in legislatures
• To obtain relaxation in the upper age limit for certain jobs

APPLICATION FOR OBC CASTE CERTIFICATE

The application form for obtaining OBC Caste Certificate can be obtained online or from any one of the following offices

• Office of Sub-Divisional Magistrate
• Office of Tehsil or Revenue Department

NECESSITIES FOR ISSUE OF O.B.C. CERTIFICATE

• Application form.
• Documents of Age proof.
• Current family income certificate by any Gazette Officer of parents showing full name, post and seal.
• Jamabandi (Patta) Land Revenue.
• Electricity Bill.
• 7/12 Extract of Land belonging to the Applicant and his/her family.
• Affidavit to support the above documents.

In case applicant has annexed the OBC certificate of his/her father or any other family member issued by other State, the genuineness of such certificate may be ascertained from appropriate authority. Also local enquiry has to be conducted in each and every case to authenticate applicant’s caste, residence and income and also investigated whether he/she falls into ‘creamy layer’ or ‘Non-Creamy Layer’ category.

Отдельный батальон связи ОДОНа начинает свою историю с 19 июня 1924 года, ког­да была сформирована команда связи отряда особого назначения при коллегии ОГПУ. В пе­риод с 1925 по 1963 год происходит поэтапное реформирование команды связи в роту связи, отдельный дивизион, отдельный батальон.

30-е годы прошлого столетия подвергли бойцов роты связи настоящей проверке на прочность. В 1931 году дивизион выделял радистов в состав мотомехотряда дивизии, убывшего для проведения специальной операции в Казахстан, а осенью 1932 года — на Северный Кавказ. В конце декабря 1937 года 57 человек участвовали в операции по ликвидации эпидемии в районе Астрахани, а зимой 1939 года воевали на советско-финляндском фронте.

В годы Великой Отечественной войны связисты охраняли общественный порядок в столице, правительственные линии связи, восстанавливали разрушенные телеграфные линии на территории Московской области. В 43-м и 44-м привлекались для выполнения задач в Чечне и Калмыкии, а в 45-м — в Западной Белоруссии.

В послевоенные годы военнослужащие батальона обеспечивали радиосвязь в ходе специальных мероприятий в Литовской, Эстонской, Армянской, Молдавской, Грузинской и Таджикской ССР, Аджарской АССР и Западной Украине.

Личный состав участвовал в обеспечении общественного порядка во время Московской Олимпиады, Всемирных фестивалей молодежи и студентов, выезжал в Чернобыль для ликвидации последствий аварии ни атомной электростанции, выполнял служебно-боевые задачи в Армении, Азербайджане и Нагорном Карабахе, обеспечивал режим чрезвычайного положения в Москве в 1993 году.

В 1995 — 1996 годах военнослужащие батальона участвовали в разоружении незаконных вооруженных формирований в Чечне.

С 2000 года воины-связисты привлекаются к решению задач в контртеррористических операциях на Северном Кавказе.

There are two different versions of the OBC used in the E32. The OBC III and the OBC IV. The OBC III was used upto 09 1987 and was then replaced by the OBC IV. The OBC III was made by VDO and the OBC IV was made by Siemens. Both versions had a couple of software upgrades. I have no idea what was changed in these software versions.

Most of the above equipment is available on eBay. That is where I purchased all my OBC equipment. Be careful with eBay because many sellers tend to ignore model year differences and say any stalk will work in any car. This is somewhat true, but not perfect. For example, if you have an airbag equipped car and you purchase the turn stalk from an older E30, the stalk dimensions will be different and the stalk will feel too far away.

Not all the parts are necessary. The relay box, screws, lower wiring harness, alarm horn, and horn wiring harness are all needed if you want to use the code function on the OBC. The code function disables the car until you type a code into the OBC. I have this feature on my E36 M3 and I never use it and decided to skip the hassle necessary to install it.

I also don't believe the turn stalk is absolutely necessary. The OBC enabled turn stalks allow you to press the stalk toward the steering column and it cycles the OBC throughout all the OBC modes. I think it is worth the effort as replacing the stalk is not that difficult.

Before you install your new OBC, make sure you have the correct coding plug in the OBC. The coding plug is located on the back of the OBC and tells the computer important details about your car, gas tank, and engine. Below is a list of the different coding plugs. Most OBC's for sale are from a 325i/is/e/es so your OBC will probably come with the coding plug for that particular engine. Life is more difficult if you have a 318, a 320, or a 323.
