1. OPERA ACCOUNT: USER PASSWORD AND ACCOUNT SECURITY

1.1 User is entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of User’s password and account. Furthermore, User is entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under User’s account.

1.2 User agrees to notify Opera immediately of any unauthorized use of User’s account or any other breach of security.

2. USER CONDUCT

2.1 As a condition of User’s use of the Services, User warrants to Opera that the Services will not be used for any purpose that is unlawful or otherwise prohibited by these Terms.

2.2 Users agree to use the Services only to send, receive, upload, and publish personal messages and content. Any unauthorized commercial use of the Services, or their resale, is expressly prohibited.

2.3 User agrees to abide by all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations and is solely responsible for all acts or omissions that occur under User’s account or password, including the content of User’s transmissions through the Services or any content User uploads or publishes through the Services.

2.4 Certain features of the Services may allow User to publish or send content that can be viewed by others ("User Generated Content"). User agrees that Opera is not liable for User Generated Content that is provided by others. Opera has no duty to pre-screen User Generated Content, but Opera has the right to refuse to post, edit, or deliver User Generated Content. Opera reserves the right to remove User Generated Content for any reason, but Opera is not responsible for any failure or delay in removing such material. Opera reserves the right to block User's access to any content, website or webpage in our sole discretion.

2.5 By using the Services, User warrants that User will not upload, transfer, or otherwise make available files, images, code, materials, or other information or content ("Content") that is obscene, vulgar, sexually-oriented, hateful, threatening, or that violates any laws or third-party rights, hereunder, but not limited to, third-party intellectual property rights. Opera strictly forbids unsolicited messaging and unauthorized advertisements while using any Opera service. User warrants that User hold all the necessary rights to upload to Opera’s site or another site designated by Opera, including the necessary consent to upload and distribute any personal information about third persons and that User will not upload viruses or other forms of malware.

2.6 Opera has a zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse content and will terminate the access of any User who publishes or distributes child sexual abuse content. Furthermore, we will report such User to the appropriate authorities.

2.7 Disputes may arise between User and others or between User and Opera related to content, including User Generated Content. Such disputes could involve, among other things, the use or misuse of domain names; the infringement of copyrights, trademarks, or other rights in intellectual property; defamation; fraud; the use or misuse of information; and problems with online auction or commerce transactions. User agrees that all claims, disputes, or wrongdoing that result from, or are related in any way to, the content of information that User posts, transmits, re-transmits, or receives through the Services or Opera's network are User’s sole and exclusive responsibility. Opera may at its discretion block certain websites or domains and re-route User to other pages. By accepting these Terms, User hereby consents to this.

2.8 Opera does not claim ownership of any User Generated Content. However, by submitting User Generated Content to us, User grants Opera the right and limited license to use, copy, display, perform, distribute, and adapt this User Generated Content for the purpose of carrying out the Services.

2.9 By submitting any ideas, concepts, know-how, or techniques submitted to any Opera developer forum or service, you consent to Opera's unrestricted use of those items.

3. LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY SITES

3.1 The Services contain (or User may be sent through Opera’s Site or the Service) links to other websites ("Third-Party Sites"), as well as articles, photographs, text, graphics, pictures, designs, music, sound, video, information, applications, software, and other content or items belonging to or originating from third parties (the "Third-Party Applications, Software, or Content"). The Services, Third-Party Sites, Third-Party Applications, Software, and Content are not investigated, monitored, or checked for accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness by Opera. 6. TERMINATION

6.1 Opera may terminate User’s access to any part or all of the Services and any related service(s) at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately, for any reason whatsoever, with or without providing any refund of any payments. Opera may also terminate or suspend User’s account for inactivity, which is defined as failing to sign-in to the Services for an extended period of time, as determined by Opera. The amount of time that Opera currently considers as an "extended" period of time may be viewed from the Help link. Upon termination of the Services, User’s right to use the Services immediately ceases.

6.2 Opera shall have no obligation to maintain any content in User’s account or to forward any unread or unsent messages to User or any third party.

7. PROPRIETARY RIGHTS TO CONTENT

User acknowledges that content, including but not limited to text, software, music, sound, photographs, video, graphics, or other material contained in either sponsor advertisements or electronically distributed, commercially produced information presented to you by the Services, by Opera, or Opera's advertisers or other content providers, is protected by copyright, trademark, patent and/or other proprietary rights and laws. User agrees not to violate these laws or infringe these rights in any way.

8. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS OF SERVICE, MEMBER POLICIES

These Terms, as well as Opera’s Privacy Policy, may be modified by Opera without notice at any time in the future. Changes will be posted at /community/terms-of-service/. It is the responsibility of User to remain informed of any changes at all times, as User is bound by the latest version of the Terms and Privacy Policy.

This agreement will be governed by the laws of Norway without giving effect to any conflicts of law principles that may require the application of the laws of a different country. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to this agreement. A large number of third-parties distribute their software under various open-source license agreements. cPanel, Inc. includes copies of all applicable open-source licenses on your server, and ensures that source RPMs (SRPMs) are publicly available.

Perl Modules License information

You can find copies of all of the license agreements that apply to cPanel's third-party software in the  /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/share/common-licenses  directory on your server.

здравствуйте, я знаю что этот вопрос уже обсуждался много раз. но я так и не понял :

я собираюсь взять машину в аренду в SIXT в германии. по умолчанию включается стаховка

итак это означает что в первом случае заблокируют на карте 1.164 и если будет большая авария или угон машины то автоматом снимают 850 а остальное по страховке, так.

во втором - блокируют 616 и при угоне или аварии снимают 450 а остальное все опять страховка платит, так.

и в третьем - блокируют 0 и при аварии тоже 0 .все верно.

ну и последняя Personal accident protection - это стаховка я так понимаю на меня - что бы если что то медики помогли .

и еще. я подумал что вместо всех этих страховок проще оформить отдельный полис на машину типа вот этого http://www.insurance4carhire.com/ прошу можете подсказать еще сайты со страховками такого плана. это вообще правильное решение.

Description

nCase (also spelled nCASE or n-CASE, randomly) is adware from 180Solutions. It consists of a process, msbb.exe, that runs constantly with Windows and shows advertising.

nCase is aware of the FlashTrack parasite and will disable it if it is running, to stop it showing competing adverts. Some versions also seem to connect to the Gator web servers occasionally, for unknown reasons.

nCase/msbb is the core executable.

nCase/Inst is an ActiveX drive-by installer control that loads nCase/msbb. This has been seen since around March 2003.

nCase/Alert is a randomly-named executable run at start up that checks that for nCase being removed. It then offers to reinstall the main program, or remove itself (this option does work, rather better than the `official` uninstall in fact).

Distribution

Bundled with a large range of applications, particularly file-sharing programs. nCase are known to send e-mail to software authors asking them to include the nCase bundle.

Also installed by ActiveX drive-by downloads in adverts inserted on some free web hosting services, and bundled with programs installed by ActiveX drive-by download in adverts (eg. an `Error Patch` application that does nothing other than load n-Case).

Also installed by the FavoriteMan and BookedSpace parasites.

What it does

Advertising

Yes. Looks for known URLs and keywords in URLs, and opens pop-up advertisements targeted at such sites. Also opens non-targeted pop-up adverts at arbitrary times during IE usage. Can add shortcut icons to the Start menu and Desktop if directed to by its controlling servers.

Privacy violation

Yes. The URL or keyword is passed with a unique identifier to nCase`s controlling server bis.180solutions.com when a targeted advert is shown, allowing web usage to be tracked across sites.

Newer versions of the software also seem to try to read an e-mail address, real name and ZIP code to associate with the unique identifier, from applications` data in the registry:

Security issues

Yes. nCase can download and execute arbitrary unsigned code from its controlling servers, as an update feature.

Stability problems

May cause an error message such as "msbb.exe file is linked to the missing export wininet.dll" on older systems without a WinInet library. Can also cause IE to be a bit slow to start up, and some versions are reported to generate page fault errors.

There is an uninstall feature for nCase, but it is a bit of a bad joke. You have to go to Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel, choose `Insterstitial ad delivery by n-Case`, click `Remove`, confirm you are connected to the internet and download the uninstaller EXE. (This only works if Active Scripting in Internet Explorer is set to `Enable`, not `Disable` or `Prompt`.)

Run the uninstaller (which will again ask for internet access) and then do the whole lot over again for the entry `PAD lookups by n-Case`. And it still sometimes doesn`t work, for unknown reasons.

To add injury to insult, this method does not remove the installer control, so if you had the nCase/Inst variant, any web page will be able to re-install nCase without any prompting.

You may find it easier to remove by hand.

Manual removal

Open the registry (click `Start`, choose `Run` and enter `regedit`), find the key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run, right-click the entry `msbb` inside it, and click `Delete`.

To delete nCase/Alert, also check for a randomly-named entry three or more letters long, pointing to a .EXE of the same name in the Windows folder. Delete this entry and the file it points to. Alternatively, wait for the next restart and it should prompt to you reinstall or remove itself.

Restart the computer and you should be able to delete the `nCase` folder inside Program Files. In older versions without an `nCase` folder, look in the System folder (inside the Windows folder; called `System32` under Windows NT, 2000 and XP, or just `System` on Windows 95, 98 and Me), and delete msbb.exe.

To clean up, you can also delete the registry keys HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\nCASE, HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\msbb and HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\180solutions.

To delete nCase/Inst, if you have the nCase/Inst variant, open the Downloaded Program Files folder inside the Windows folder, right-click the `nCaseInstaller Class` entry and choose `Remove`.

Based on the mission-critical nature of Cisco Unified Intelligent Contact Management Enterprise and Hosted, Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise and Hosted, and Cisco Unified Customer Voice Portal, Cisco maintains a policy that does not allow additional software applications to be loaded in conjunction with these applications. However, Cisco understands that you may require protection and monitoring of your system through the installation of third-party software applications that provide these services, and hence Cisco permits the use of other third-party software on the following bases:

General Third-Party Software

Cisco provides Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC) support for customers deploying Cisco validated third-party software, but only as it relates to Cisco Customer Contact software. If a problem arises related to these products and components and reasonable TAC troubleshooting efforts point to the root cause being the third-party applications, the TAC will not create a workaround solution to fix it and may require that the third-party software be disabled.

You must use third-party software product guidelines and Cisco Customer Contact software installation guidelines to minimize the effects of third-party software on Cisco Customer Contact software. When opening a service request, customers are expected to inform the TAC engineer of any third-party software installed on the server. If it is deemed that this software is directly affecting the functions of the system, such as taxing the processor or memory and causing system slowdowns, you will be required to remove the third-party software from the system. Alternatively, TAC can defer the problem to you or your third-party software vendor.

Note: Cisco may require third-party software to be uninstalled while troubleshooting problems. All third-party software must be thoroughly tested in your lab prior to deployment.

Antivirus Software

Cisco understands that you must protect and monitor your Cisco Customer Contact software product through the installation of third-party antivirus software applications that provide these services by scanning files for known virus signatures. You are responsible for purchasing and installing this software and keeping the scan engine and virus data files up-to-date.

Antivirus software can be taxing on system resources and, depending on how the antivirus software is configured, can affect the Cisco Customer Contact software product operation. In order to help you use antivirus software in a way that minimizes its effect on system operations, Cisco offers detailed guidelines and recommendations for all products. If you follow these guidelines and recommendations, Cisco will continue to provide TAC support, but only as it relates to the Cisco Customer Contact software product and components.
