UXTheme Multi-Patcher Download

Simple-to-handle program that helps you patch your theme engine files so you can use any third-party visual style for giving a whole new look to the operating environment

Most users like some eye-candy in their operating system, therefore changing the default theme is one of the first things many of us do after installing a fresh copy of Windows. However, adding third-party visual styles is impossible unless you’re using Uxtheme Multi-Patcher.

This is a software solution that has been specifically developed to allow you to use any Windows visual style you want, as it patches the theme files and lets you skip certification validation in Windows.

Although it sounds more like a geek application, it’s not. The whole installation basically comes down to double-clicking an executable file, rebooting the system and that’s it.

Since Windows XP was released, there are countless 3rd-party visual styles released by many skinners in order to improve user’s experiences and eye candy. UXTheme Multi Patcher allows you to use any 3rd party msstyle theme on Windows XP/VISTA, 7/8/8.1 or Windows Server 2003 (with Themes enabled) by patching the uxtheme.dll (dynamic link library).

To simply patch the UXTheme.dll file, run the program, it will determine your operating system, then patch the appropriate file and reboot your PC.

To un-patch the UXTheme.dll file, run the program again, and it will un-patch the .dll and then reboot your PC.

This program will patch your theme engine files so you can use any 3rd party visual style on the following operating systems:

• Windows XP x86 Editions
• Windows XP x64 Editions
• Windows Server 2003 x86 and x64 Editions
• Windows Vista x86 and x64 Editions
• Windows Server 2008 x86 and x64 Editions

It's been so long since last time I updated this project. Back then there was hardly reliable Windows 8 patches. Since I started to apply UxStyle memory patching in previous release, I planned to make complete memory patching build in next version so all Windows since XP can use this without trouble and now I can do this after releasing OS X Mavericks updates with Windows 8.1 support.

Unfortunately, back then UxStyle supports only Windows 8 x64 so I decided to wait until it supports x86 platform. You maybe curious why I have to wait for UxStyle so let me tell you this. It's the best memory patching approach with Microsoft certificates. And I'd like to make it simpler to use like this program that you just run it and click 'Patch' then done. It took this long to reach this milestone but it's finally here now having both 8/8.1 and x86/x64 support without single file patch anymore.

Changes in version 9.0

-Added Windows 8/8.1 support for both x86/x64

-Completely based on UxStyle memory patching so any obsolete file patching method won't be restored with this version

-Refreshed UI to represent Windows 8.1 support
