В керамической или стеклянной посуде залить порезанную кубиками фасоль тремя столовыми ложками воды – стебли должны быть слегка покрыты водой. Поставить в микроволновую печь на 1 минуту. Слить воду.

Выложите фасоль, помидоры и зеленый лук в подготовленную форму для выпечки.

В небольшой миске смешайте яйцо, молоко и специи, взболтайте с помощью венчика.

Выпекайте в течение 30-40 минут, пока пирог не загустеет и не появится легкая румяная корочка. Посыпьте горячее блюдо укропом.
