Принтеры Kyocera заслужили звание самые безотказные и без проблемные принтеры, но бывает и не без приколов. Один из таких - настройка сетевого сканера TASKalfa 181.
Настройка сканирования по сети крайне необходимая штука и очень полезная для рабочих групп в офисе. Можно настроить отсылку на почту или еще куда, но самое верное решение на мой взгляд это расшареная папка. Работает примерно так - один из компьютеров становиться сервером у которого запущена утилита принимающее подключение и обрабатывающая дальнейшие действия, а в принтере настаивается кнопки в духе «куда посылать» и сканирование проходит за 4 нажатия, по самой простой схеме. Так получилось что TASKalfa 181 в плане ПО получилась несколько кривой, одна из самых больших проблем - ПО не умеет авторизоваться и работать с сетевыми папками.
Решение было таким: берем виртуальную машину с Windows XP, на неё устанавливаем ПО для сканера которое сканирует в локальную папку, скриптом переносим сканы в сетевую папку. ПО дает файлам уникальные имена, с этим проблем нет.
0) решаем где это добро будет лежать.
1) Устанавливаем утилиту Scanner File Utility
2) Утилита появляется в трее, где по правой кнопке сначала ее останавливаем (на STOP), а потом запускаем конфигурацию.
3) Далее нажимаем установки SETUP
4) Далее нажимаем кнопку NEW и добавляем локальную папку сканирования на которой будут права для записи это утилитой.
6) Сочиняем скрипт для перекладывания отсканированных файлов в нужное нам место - сетевой каталог, к примеру скрипт на PowerShell который запускается раз в минуту и выполняется 5 раз, то есть каждые 10 секунд:

у меня заметился глюк как принтер, как и сканер произвольно терял свой IP адрес, проблема решилась только путем выдачи IP по MAC адресу устройств. (IP на принтер, IP на сканер)

Неоднократно сталкивался с проблемой, когда нужно пачку договоров отсканировать и отправить в администрацию… в формате pdf. Повсеместно используют PDF принтеры (программа эмулирует принтер и распечатывает в файл PDF)
Но в некоторых случаях у пользователя нет прав и разрешений на установку такого рода программ…
Но есть решение в виде малюсенькой программки:

Есть Куасера 2030 со сканерной опцией. После установки тваин драйвера и scaner file utiliti могу пользоваться им как планшетным сканером. Скажем открываю фото эдитер, нажимаю на кнопку "сканировать", машина переходит в режим сканера. Потом нажимаю на машине кношку "пуск", машина начинает сканировать. При этом может сканировать при помощи автоподачи. Однако сам фотоэдитер не может открыть многостраничный файл, по этому все прелести от такого сканирования недоступны, - открывается только первый листик. А хочется чтобы открывался многостраничный файл. Как называется такая програмулина от куасеры, чтобы могла это делать? А то я на сайте куасеры вижу кучу всего, а что мне надо не знаю. И еще одно. Когда я через браузер открываю айпи-шник сканера, то попадаю в его меню. В нем я регистрирую свой комп по имени хоста, но когда после этого пытаюсь сканировать на этот комп, то аппарат его не видит. Если здесь проблема с сетевыми заморочками, то конечно никто здесь за меня сеть настраивать не будет, это ясно. А вдруг для того чтобы сканировать на комп надо установить какую либо софину, а я не знаю? Еси так, подскажите пожалуйста. root

Есть проблема: не получается настроить сканер на МФУ KYOCERA FS1128MFP и других моделей – устанавливается он как-то хитро, гуглопоиск не помог – сканер не виден в Windows.
Как принтер и копир работает нормально.

Они все настраиваюстя через утилитку Kyocera TWAIN Driver. В ней создается сканер и после этого FineReader его отлично видет.
